Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-Bradley MPS-B4540F-MJ52DA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti-Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vee-arc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Automated-Logic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti-Omron such as the MS47SR201200XMC47201200R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC7000UQ10 manufactured by Vee-arc and we are pleased to be able to service most Vee-arc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MX8102 by Manufacturer Automated-Logic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ixys Brand MUBW4012T7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schneider such as PCE984255 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PFBA16238SE00466R1 made by Abb as well as the popular PC586 original spares produced by Ipc-Contec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCK984785 by Aeg-Modicon and PCE984255 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QRCH000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yamaha.
